Airbo SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) supplement, and are part of, theAirbo User Terms at https://www.airbo.com/user-terms. The User Terms — including thedisclaimers of warranties, the limitation of liability, theindemnification, and the governing law and jurisdiction provisions — applyto the SMS program and are incorporated here by reference. In the event ofa conflict, the User Terms govern except as to the SMS-specific mattersbelow. These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent from short code 90887under the Airbo program operated by HEngage, Inc. d/b/a “Airbo” (“Airbo,”“we,” or “us”).
1. Program / product description. Airbo (short code 90887) sends informational messages about your employer-sponsored benefits and workplace programs — including notifications, reminders, and program updates — on behalf of your employer.
2. Eligibility. The program is available in the United States only. You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you use with the program, and at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. How your number is collected; consent. Your mobile number may be provided to Airbo by your employer in connection with administering your benefits and workplace programs, or you may provide it to us directly. By participating, you agree to receive recurring informational text messages sent using automated technology at that number. These messages relate to your employment benefits. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
6. Opt-out (STOP). You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to 90887. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent to that number. Your opt-out is honored across the Airbo program.
7. Help (HELP). For help, reply HELP to 90887 or email support@airbo.com.
8. Carriers and delivery. Supported carriers may change, and we do not guarantee that messages will be delivered. Carriers (including T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy. For details on how we collect, use, and share your information, see our Privacy Policy at https://www.airbo.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes to these terms. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued participation after a change means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
